Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened supplement bottles in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Product
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
